Booking Changes & Cancellation Policy

Sunspace is small, intimate yoga shala with limited spots per class. Because every reservation takes a place that could otherwise be offered to another student, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible when your plans change.

Regular Classes

Changes to regular class bookings can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled class.

For cancellations less than 24 hours before class, we’ll offer your slot out and let you know if someone takes your place.

If it’s filled, we’ll send you a 100% discount to rebook anytime.

If no one takes the spot, the booking will unfortunately be forfeited.

No-shows will also forfeit their booking.

 

Workshops & Special Events

Workshops and special events are different from our regular class schedule. These are one-time experiences with limited capacity, so tickets are non-refundable and cannot be converted into class credits or transferred to another event.

If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to give your spot to a friend. You can also reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help find someone to take your place. 🤗
