Teacher Rissa is a certified Ashtanga-Vinyasa and Hatha-Vinyasa yoga teacher who completed her yoga teacher training in Bali. Her classes range from dynamic Power Yoga and Vinyasa to accessible Chair Yoga and Gentle Flow, with an emphasis on mindful movement, breath, and building a strong foundation in practice.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your class.

If you let us know in advance that you can’t attend, we’ll open your slot to others. If your spot is filled, you’ll receive a 100% credit that you can use to rebook anytime.

• For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, the slot will be forfeited if it remains unfilled, but we’ll offer a ₱250 credit.
• For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, the slot will be forfeited if no one is able to take your place.
• No-shows will result in the loss of your booking.

We can only accommodate 10 students per class, and most classes get fully booked ahead of time, so booking is highly recommended to confirm your slot. 🤗

Yes, please bring your own mat. If you don't have one, we also offer mat rental for only P50, half of the fees are donated to @catsoflegazpivillage to feed community cats. 🐈 Other props are provided for free.
