We understand that plans may change and there are unforeseen circumstances. If you're unable to make it, kindly let us know as early as possible so we may inform the teacher.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before class and for no-shows, the booking will be automatically forfeited, as the teacher and studio time have already been reserved.
We also offer a 10-minute grace period for the class, but please note that the session will still end at the scheduled time even if we start late as there is usually a class after, and in respect for the teacher's time.
